Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power to prevail.  James 6:16

Healing comes through prayer. 
If you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, you have great power to prevail when you pray.  Not when you join with another party through your emotions and reasonings. Only in the Lord do you have great power to prevail in prayer.

Again, I tell you truly that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven.  For where two or three gather together in My name, there am I with them.   Matthew 18:19-20

i urge that petitions and prayers, intercessions and thanksgiving be offered for everyone.  I Timothy 2:1 

pray for all people. Ask God to help them intercede on their behalf and give thanks for them.

 prayers are communicating with God. The Bible says He will never leave or forsake us which means He abides with us at all times. It does not mean that when you pray, you fall on your knees wherever you are to pray.  You can pray in your home, car, office, walking,, etc., wherever you are.  

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your heats and minds through Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:6

And He showed me a pure river of water of life clear as crystal proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.   Revelation 22:1

The river of the water of life is the Holy Spirit.  The Holy Spirit must be in you now with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. The language of heaven. Oh that you had paid attention to My commandments! Then your peace and prosperity would be like a flowing river and your righteousness the holiness and purity of the nation, like the abundant waves of the sea.  Isaiah 48:18

If only you had listened to my commands! Then blessings would have flowed for you like a stream that never goes dry.  Victory would have come to you like the waves that roll on the shore. GNT
